Shipping and Return Policies

Shipment of Orders
We ship using UPSĀ Ground Service unless another UPS delivery option is chosen.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the package weight and your location. Shipping and special handling charges are not refundable.

Orders will ship within 2 business days. While orders may arrive in less than 5 days, please allow 5-7 business days. Business days are days on which most businesses are operating - i.e. week days excluding holidays.

Gift shoppers: we never include a receipt, invoice or any pricing information with the package.

Credit Card charges: charges will appear on your account as our parent company, Four Corners Hand Tools LLC.

Canceling Orders
If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us.

Please note there is a 15% cancellation charge for orders over $200 that are not canceled within 24 hours after submission. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned for a refund in accordance with our return policy.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If we made a mistake with your order, or your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

Do not ship damaged items back to us. This must be handled by our shipping company and we will arrange for a pickup. If damaged items are sent back to us without notice, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Return Policy
Items purchased from Patricia Ann have a 30-day no-question money-back guarantee. Send any unwanted NEW sets back to us for a full refund* of the purchase price.

*There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returned quantities of 2 or more of any item. Shipping and special handling charges are not refundable.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip, so please save your paper work.

All refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used in the original purchase. Refunds will not be issued until we receive the returned merchandise. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned without a Returned Goods Authorization code may be refused upon delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions.
